Modular Automated Test Equipment (MATE) 390 Enhancement Program

Abstract

This effort evaluated the effects of enhancing automatic test equipment hardware and software on the test program sets currently on the Automatic Test Equipment. Objective was to determine the relationship between the hardware and software of the Automatic Test Equipment and the Test Program Sets operating on the System.
