Super-fast Intelligent Target Evaluation (SITE)

Abstract

This report results from a contract tasking SzTAKI as follows: Contractor will conduct a feasibility study on the system idea for the SITE unit to detect targets with predetermined morphology under extremely difficult visibility conditions. Study will involve the development of an algorithm and an optical lensing system to test the concept.
