Evaluation of Antimalarial Agents

Abstract

There were 447 compounds tested in the Rane test (mm Test System) against Plasmodium Berghei in mice for blood schizonticidial activity. Twenty-two of these compounds were active. In the Secondary Test System (Experiments 762-824), we tested selected active compounds in a variety of tests.
