Drug Development and Convervation of Biodiversity in West and Central Africa/in Vitro Antiviral Screening of Plant Extracts and Isolates

Abstract

This report outlines the antiviral evaluations for thirty-five (35) ICBG plant extracts For Walter Reed Army Institute of Research by Southern Research Institute. The thirty-five (35) plant extracts were received in vials containing 20 mg of dried powder. The extracts were solubilized in DM50 at 40 mg/mL and stored at -200C until assay. No abnormal occurrences were noted upon solvation.
