Acquisition of the Armored Medical Evacuation Vehicle

Abstract

The primary audit objective was to evaluate the overall management of the AMEV. Because the AMEV was in the engineering and manufacturing development phase, we evaluated whether management was cost effective in readying the system for the production phase of the acquisition process. We also evaluated the management control program as it related to the audit objectives.
