Installation Restoration Program, Engineering Work Plan for Bioventing System, 7th Street BX Service Station

Abstract

As part of an on-going Installation Restoration Program (IRP) at Eglin AFB, Florida a bioventing system will be constructed at the 7th Street BX Service Station. This is an Engineering Work Plan for installing the bioventing system. The objective of this bioventing system is to support on-going remediation efforts at the Service Station. Existing remedial system at the site includes a groundwater recovery and treatment system. This plan contains information concerning construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the bioventing system. The procedures to be employed for construction and specification are also included.
