Informal Technical Information Report, Air Force Plant 78, Brigham City, Utah

Abstract

A field audit was performed on December 6th and 7th, 1988. Field activities that were taking place during the audit consisted of the installation of a monitoring well at the base of the French Creek Drain, and the collection of surface sediment samples in the Faust Valley Drainage System. All field operations observed during this audit were performed in compliance with the Plant 78 Phase 2, Stage 2 QA Program Plan (QAPP).
