High Performance Computing Modernization Program: Program Review-PR 2000

Abstract

The High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) was established to advance high performance computing (HPC) for the DoD Science and Technology (S&T) and Test and Evaluation (T&E) communities. In order to ensure the program meets its objectives, the High Performance Computing Modernization Office initiated a formal in-depth review of the HPCMP. This report highlights important issues raised in that review.
