Abstract

This report is one in a series that addresses the accuracy and reliability of maintenance, repair, environmental (MR&E), and military construction requirements for bulk fuel storage and delivery systems infrastructure. The Defense Energy Support Center, Defense Logistics Agency, provides fuel to DoD customers and is responsible for budgeting and funding military construction and maintenance and repair projects, including environmental projects, at all DoD fuel terminals.
