Operability Assessment of Various Agent Defeat Concepts Using Pulsed Power Technology

Abstract

This report summarizes a large volume of data generated over the past 10 years on plasma decontamination. The intent was not to revisit this data in detail but to provide the big picture in order to evaluate the operational applicability of the pulsed-power methodologies addressed.
