Abstract

This Proceedings document summarizes the discussion that took place during the Expanded Physical Fitness Workshop, sponsored by the US Air Force Office for Prevention and Health Services Assessment and supported by the Crew System Ergonomics Information Analysis Center (CSERIAC), held at the Dayton Airport Inn, Dayton, Ohio, on July 31, l997. The purpose of this meeting was to attain consensus among a group of subject-matter experts on the advantages and disadvantages to the Air Force of adding strength and flexibility components to its fitness program.
