Bulk Fuel Related Projects at Naval Station Rota and Moron Air Base, Spain

Abstract

This report is one in a series that addresses the accuracy and reliability of maintenance, repair, environmental, and construction requirements for bulk fuel storage and delivery systems infrastructure. The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Energy Support Center, provides fuel to DoD customers and is responsible for budgeting and funding military construction and maintenance and repair projects, including environmental projects, at all DoD fuel terminals worldwide.
