Final General Re-Evaluation and Environmental Report for Proposed Project Modifications, Guadalupe River Project, Downtown San Jose, California. Volume 3

Abstract

This report addresses proposed modifications to the federally authorized Guadalupe River Project in downtown San Jose, California. These modifications include flood protection, recreation and related mitigation measure primarily along 2.6 mile of the Guadalupe River and two related offsite mitigation areas. This report support decision making by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD), and other responsible agencies to implement proposed project modifications and ensure compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and other pertinent laws and regulations.
