A New Two-Color Infrared Photodetector Design Using INGAAS/INALAS Coupled Quantum Wells

Abstract

The U. S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) in collaboration with a number of industry and university partners is developing a new generation of sensors that can perform advanced signal processing functions over a very wide range of wavelengths (e.g. from the ultraviolet to the millimeter-wave region of the spectrum).
