Technical Operations Support (TOPS)

Abstract

The purpose of this contract was to provide the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate with the capability to acquire short-term research and development (R&D) and systems support efforts not readily available either in-house or under existing contracts. To facilitate the management of the program, all tasks were grouped into six categories: analyses, assessments, technical consultants, technology transition and transfer, strategic studies, and workshops.
