Abstract

The Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) process transforms functional and technical requirements into mission capabilities. The process implements the Department of Defense (DoD) 5000- and 4630-series acquisition and interoperability directives and is consistent with the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 (formerly known as the Information Technology Management Reform Act of 1996 (ITMRA)).
