The Dispatch is an unofficial publication authorized under the provisions of AR 360-81. It is published monthly by offset printing for the Fort Worth District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. It contains articles that are of interest to the Army Corps of Engineers civilian and military personnel. This issue includes articles on topics on the Forth Worth (Texas) flood of 1949, archaeology, the role of the Corps at the Panama Canal, Nationan Engineers Week, Black History Month, and updates on employee events.
