Frequency Management Guidelines for National and Service Test and Training Ranges

Abstract

This document provides the range user with guidance and information concerning the use of the radio frequency spectrum at the National and Service Test and Training Ranges. This document implements national spectrum policy set by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Title 47 of the U.S. Federal Code of Regulations, and applicable service regulations. The information in this document is meant to augment national spectrum policy and provide for the safe, efficient, consistent, and scheduled use of the radio frequency spectrum.
