Abstract

One working paper dealing with the manpower, personnel, and training MANPRINT baseline for the M551 Sheridan One objective of the manpower and personnel integration (MANPRINT) program is to provide historical data on predecessor systems in support of new system acquisition. The purpose of this report, then, is to provide a manpower, personnel, and training (MPT) baseline on the Sheridan and to extrapolate critical lessons learned to apply to the follow-on, the Armored Gun System, currently under development. Data for the report were gathered from historical records, technical reports, Army and Department of Defense data bases, and subject matter experts.
