US Government Application Level Firewall Protection Profile for Low Risk Environments. The Common Criteria

Abstract

This protection profile specifies the US government's minimum Security requirements for application level, or proxy server firewalls used in sensitive, but unclassified environments. The Protection Profile defines the threats that are to be addressed by the firewall, defines implementation-independent security objectives of the firewall end its environment, defines the functional end assurance requirements, end provides the rationale for the security objectives.
