Support of the ISSPIC10 Conference: 10th International Symposium of Small Particles and Inorganic Clusters
Abstract
The ISSPIC10 meeting took place in Atlanta Georgia, October 11-15, 2000, at the Georgia World Congress Center. The meeting attracted over 300 participants, who came from all over the world (over 60% of the participants came from Europe and Asia). The participants in the meeting were comprised of scientists from academia, and from industrial and government laboratories, and a large fraction of the attendees were graduate students and post-graduate fellows in the initial stages of their career. The registration fee for the conference was $410, with a reduced fee of $270 for students. The Grant from the AFOSR partially allowed us to reduce the registration fee for students, which encouraged their participation.
