Precision Guidance with Impact Angle Requirements

Abstract

This paper examines a weapon system precision guidance problem in which the objective is to guide a weapon onto a non-manoeuvring target so that a particular desired angle of impact is achieved using the minimum control energy. In this paper two approaches for achieving the desired interception requirements are considered.
