Value Added Analysis Phase V

Abstract

This project was requested by the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans and the Office of Army Programs Analysis and Evaluation (PA&E). The purpose of the project was to evaluate the costs and benefits of selected weapon systems and to develop and evaluate alternative weapon systems modernization programs.
