Semiconductor Laser Instabilities Modeled By Delay-Differential Equations

Abstract

This report results from a contract tasking Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Optique Nonlineaire Theorique as follows: The contractor will investigate the efficaciousness of delay differential equations for modeling the behavior of diode lasers subject to direct optical feedback into the cavity.
