Expanding the Role of Intelligence During Combined Arms Training

Abstract

The Combined Arms Exercise (CAX) routinely evolves to support the changing requirements of MAGTF training. The next evolution demands improvements in three areas: Increasing the Intelligence Battlefield Operating Systems (BOS) role in combined arms training, increasing the task organization of the TTECG, and teaching and executing more complete MAGTF combined arms training at CAX.
