FINANCIAL AUDIT: Capitol Preservation Fund's Fiscal Years 2001 and 2000 Financial Statements

Abstract

The statements of the financial position of the Capitol Preservation Fund (the Fund) as of September 30, 2001, and 2000 were audited, and the related statements of activities and statements of cash flows for the fiscal years then ended. The financial statements are presented fairly, in all material respects, in conformity with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles; no material weaknesses in internal control over financial reporting (including safeguarding assets) and compliance with laws and regulations; and no reportable noncompliance with the provisions of laws and regulations tested.
