Abstract

This printing publishes a revision of this publication. Because the publication has been extensively revised the changed portions have not been highlighted. This regulation presents policies and guidance and assigns responsibilities for managing the Army Study Program. It has been revised to incorporate the definition of studies analyses and evaluations included in Department of Defense (DOD) Directive 4205.2 Acquiring and Managing Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services. This regulation also clarifies and updates guidance on the performance and evaluation of a study.
