Abstract

This printing publishes a revision of this publication. Because the publication has been extensively revised the changed portions have not been highlighted. This regulation prescribes Department of the Army policy governing support to Army off-post customers. This regulation prescribes area support policy for Active Component (AC) and Reserve Component (RC) units (U.S. Army Reserve and Army National Guard of the U.S.) activities, to include Regional Coordinating Elements (RCEs), Total Army School System (TASS) Training Battalions, and individuals located outside the real property boundaries of installations. Use this regulation in conjunction with Army reimbursable policy.
