Abstract

This revision implements Department of Defense Directive 10000.20, 9 June 1983. Subjects: Determinations of Actives Military Service and Discharge: Civilian or Contractual Personnel. It provides for the establishment of the Department of the Army Individual Service Review Board. This regulation discusses the Board's procedures for determining an applicant's eligibility for Veterans' Administration benefits and issuance of an Army discharge for services rendered to the Armed Forces.
