Abstract

This revision updates policies, procedures, and responsibilities for the administration and management of the DA Committee Management Program. It also implements Department of Defense Directive 5105.18, DoD Committee Management Program, dated 18 January 1990. This regulation sets forth the basic policies and principles governing the Department of the Army (DA) Committee Management Program. The DA Committee Management Program is a mandatory program which implements the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
