Boards, Commissions, and Committees: Army Clemency and Parole Board

Abstract

This regulation presents the policies procedures and functions of the Army Clemency and Parole Board (ACPB) in considering individuals for clemency and parole. This regulation provides internal guidance and direction for the ACPB. Unless clearly stated otherwise the regulation does not create any right or other entitlement for any person. There is no constitutional statutory or regulatory right or entitlement for an individual to be granted clemency or to be released on parole.
