Information Management: Records Management: The Department of the Army Freedom of Information Act Program

Abstract

This regulation updates the Freedom of Information Act Program in accordance with the Freedom of Information Reform Act of 1986. The Reform Act required agency promulgation of regulations specifying a uniform schedule of fees and guidelines for determinig waiver or reduction of such fees.
