Information Management: Telecommunications: Record Communications and the Privacy Communications System

Abstract

This regulation prescribes the policies responsibilities and procedures for the preparation, approval, and processing of record communications within the Department of the Army (DA). Record communications include narrative electronic mail (E-Mail) data (card and magnetic tape) messages, and facsimile transmissions.
