Test and Evaluation: Test and Evaluation Policy

Abstract

This regulation implements the policies and specifically prescribes implementing policies for the Army's testing and evaluation program. It applies to all systems acquired under the auspices of the Army regulation 70-series, including command, control, communications, computers and intelligence/information technology. This regulation applied to Army participation in joint test and evaluation (JT&E) and multi Service operational test and evaluation (MOT&E). It also provides guidance and establishes procedures governing the Test Schedule and Review Committee (TSARC), a continuing intradepartmental Army committee.
