Abstract

This regulation provides guidance on the supply and maintenance of chronometers; special equipment for General Officers; the issue of blank ammunition and the loan of U.S. Army or Defense Logistics Agency owned property to veteran's organizations; the sale of ordnance property to individuals, non-Federal government agencies, institutions, and organizations; and issues, loans, and donations for Scouting.
