Inspector General Regulation 1020.1: Processing Complaints of Discrimination

Abstract

This instruction establishes the policies, procedures and responsibilities within the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Defense (OIG, DoD), for processing complaints of discrimination on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, physical/mental disability or reprisal, in accordance with 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 1614.
