Logistics: Prime Power Program

Abstract

This regulation prescribes the objectives, responsibilities, and procedures for the operation and management of the Prime Power Program (P3). Chapter 1 explains the Program objectives and defines P3 asset management and user responsibilities. Chapter 2 provides information on the procedures for requesting equipment and technical support. Logistical and financial management are explained in chapters 3 and 4. A glossary of terms has been added to the regulation.
