Legal Services: Rules of Professional Conduct for Lawyers

Abstract

This regulation provides comprehensive rules governing the ethical conduct of Army lawyers military and civilian and of non government lawyers appearing before Army tribunals in accordance with the Martial for Courts-Martial. It establishes the Department of the Army Professional Conduct Council to provide authoritative interpretations of these rules.
