Abstract

This is a new publication. This regulation establishes policies, assigns responsibilities and presents procedures for implementing for the Army Reactor Program to ensure that Army reactors arc operated in a safe secure and reliable manner from activation through decommissioning. This regulation designates the Deputy Chief for Operations and Plans as the proponent of the Army Reactor Program and the U.S. Army Nuclear and Chemical Agency as the focal point for the management of the Army Reactor Program and the Army Reactor Office.
