Abstract

This manual provides guidance for planning, layout, and design of small boat harbor projects. Hydraulic design features for small boat harbors are discussed in this manual. The goal of a good design is to provide a safe and efficient small boat harbor at minimum cost with consideration given to social and environmental factors.
