Engineering and Design: Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) Cost Engineering

Abstract

This regulation provides specific policy and guidance for the development of remedial action and operation and maintenance cost estimates for all HTRW projects assigned to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). This regulation complements the general cost engineering policies and guidance published in ER 1110-1-1300.
