Project Operations: Navigation and Dredging Operations and Maintenance Policies

Abstract

This regulation establishes the policy for the operations and maintenance (O&M) of USACE navigation and dredging projects, as well as their related structures and equipment. If any conflict exists between this regulation and the Federal Acquisition System the latter governs.
