Abstract

This joint Civil Works and Military Programs regulation prescribes specifications policy and requirements, incorporates Total Army Quality principles, and enables Headquarters U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (HQUSACE) elements and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) commands to produce quality specifications.
