Civilian Personnel: Position Management and Classification
Abstract
This regulation provides human resources policy guidance, procedures, and criteria for the position management and classification program in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This regulation is applicable to all USACE elements, major subordinate commands (MSC) , districts, laboratories, and field operating activities (FOA).
