Engineering and Design: Plant Pest Quarantined Area and Foreign Soil Samples

Abstract

The purpose of this regulation is to prescribe responsibilities and procedures for the removal of all service and construction equipment from areas quarantined because of serious plant pests, and the identification, shipping, storage, testing, and disposal of soils from areas quarantined because of serious plant pests and soils from foreign sources, U.S. territories and possessions, and Hawaii.
