Instability in Caucasus and Central Asia and Caspian Basin Energy Resources Management

Abstract

The purpose of this paper, is to identify the sources of unrest and possible threats to the future stability of Central Asia and the Caucasus region, the definition of the Caspian Sea's status, the inspection of the Caspian basin energy resources, and the inspection of alternative pipeline routes from Caspian Basin.
