Abstract

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance for consideration of issues and problems associated with hazardous, toxic, and radioactive wastes (HTRW) which may be located within project boundaries or may affect or be affected by Corps Civil Works projects. The guidance is intended to provide information on how these considerations are to be factored into project planning and implementation.
