Safety: Safety and Occupational Health Requirements for Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) Activities

Abstract

This regulation identifies the safety and occupational health documents and procedures required to be developed and implemented by USACE commands and their contractors responsible for executing HTRW response actions, including investigation, design, construction, and other related activities at HTRW sites. In addition, this regulation defines the systematic execution, review, and approval responsibilities within USACE for the required safety and health documents.
