Construction: Transfer and Warranties

Abstract

This regulation prescribes U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) policy and procedures for the transfer of completed construction projects and for implementing warranties. Recommended changes to this regulation should be forwarded to CEMP-EC.
