Safety: Accident Reporting and Records

Abstract

This change to USACE Suppl 1, 30 March 1990, to AR 385-40, 1 April 1987, directs that USACE Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests for information from, or copies of, limited use accident investigation reports or Class A-C general use reports be referred to U.S. Army Safety Center (USASC) for a FOIA release determination. New or changed material is indicated by an asterisk. Substitute the attached page as shown below.
